On Your Mark Fitness is a structured, periodized coaching platform built around progressive overload — the proven method of gradually increasing workout difficulty to build strength, endurance, and an athletic physique. Every program is personalized to your goals, equipment, and fitness level. There are two main paths: traditional strength training and athletic training which combines strength, explosive movement patterns, and complex (superset) training.

Our onboarding questionnaire matches you to one of four programs based on your goals, fitness level, location, and equipment. Intro programs are built for anyone starting structured training for the first time. Lean Mass programs are designed for clients ready to build athleticism and muscle.

It depends on your program. Foundational At-Home and Lean Mass At-Home require minimal equipment — bodyweight and resistance bands are enough to start. Gym programs use barbells, dumbbells, cables, and machines. You'll select your equipment during onboarding.

As long as you want it to be. Each program is designed with one period of 6 progression blocks that make up 3 phases: 1) Foundation; 2) Build; and 3) Intensify and Peak. After you peak, you cycle back through to start another period. Periods are usually around 6 months, but that's up to you. You can go at your own pace.

The program cycles back to the Foundation phase with increased targets — more reps, heavier loads, and a higher baseline than where you started. Each periodized cycle you're building on the previous one. The goal is continuous, compounding progress.

The programs are designed for 3 sessions per week to allow adequate recovery — especially important for progressive overload to work. You can add light cardio, group fitness classes or mobility work on off days, but the structured sessions should stay at around 3 per week. If you miss one, no worries. There's a rolling schedule that gives you the flexibility to go at your own pace.

Absolutely. On Your Mark is a strength program built around a balanced 3-day system — which means there's plenty of room for HIIT classes, Pilates, yoga, or multiple runs each week. The program is designed to complement an active lifestyle, not replace it.

Your full, personalized program with structured progressive overload, workout logging, a progress calendar, weekly check-ins, and email support. $29 a month, or $290 a year — two months free.

Direct messaging is part of one-to-one coaching rather than the app membership — the Coaching page has the details. Some members also have it from an earlier plan or an arrangement with Colin; if that's you, it's already on your account when you sign in.

Yes, at any time, and the change takes effect straight away. Moving to annual charges the yearly price less the unused part of your month. Moving to monthly keeps the unused part of your year as a credit that pays your next months.

Yes — your first Cycle is free: three full Sessions, so you can train before you decide.

Each session shows your exercises with prescribed sets, reps, and (for gym programs) load percentages. Check off each exercise as you complete it. When all exercises are done, tap Complete Workout to log the session and advance your program.

Every week you rate your feeling, sleep quality, energy levels, and soreness on a 1–5 scale. These check-ins help Colin track your recovery and adjust recommendations. They take about 60 seconds.

Yes — if you're on a gym program and temporarily don't have access, reach out to Colin and he can advise on modifications. The at-home programs are specifically designed for training without a gym.
